PET OF THE WEEK
THIS WEEK'S PET
Ruger
Ruger is a young, large, German Shepherd Dog, weighing in right now at 82 pounds! Ruger hasn’t been at the shelter but for a couple of weeks, but he is already making waves. GSDs are gorgeous, and this guy seems to have some training behind him and a wonderful life ahead of him. Our boy seems to know sit, down, shake and loves to play with balls and rope toys. In a couple of meet and greets, Ruger seems to be playful and willing to let other dogs have their space when needed, but meet and greets with potential new housemates are always recommended.
Ruger’s adoption fee is $120 and helps cover the care of pets at the shelter. Ruger is fixed, microchipped, treated for fleas and ticks, dewormed for common intestinal parasites, and vaccinated, as are all our adoptees.
